Magnolia Avto

A driving school with 6 branches in Kyiv: we moved the site off Wix onto its own hosting without losing search rankings, then added a blog, an AI assistant and enquiries that land in Telegram instantly. In September 2026 the site produced 91 key visitor actions against 52 in August.

The story

A driving school that could not afford to lose Google

Magnolia lived on Wix for years: a monthly subscription, no access to code — and Google positions that brought in students. A move was needed, but one wrong step could have wiped out the main source of enquiries.

So we moved the site surgically: 14 pages with their titles and descriptions, one to one, onto our own hosting. Then we built on top: a page for each of the 6 branches, 21 articles and a glossary, an AI assistant that leads to booking, and enquiries that land in Telegram instantly.

In September 2026 the site produced 91 key actions against 52 in August, and calls straight from the site went from 3 to 24. The code, domain and data now belong to the school — with no monthly platform fee.

The task

What the client came with

  1. The site lived on Wix: a monthly subscription, limited capabilities and full dependency on the platform — no access to the code and hard to grow the functionality.
  2. At the same time the site had earned Google rankings. Any move without proper preparation would mean losing traffic — the main source of enquiries.
  3. What was needed: get off the subscription, keep the SEO, build a clear structure for 6 branches and add online booking.
What we did

Our solution

Migration without losing SEO

We captured the full structure of the old site — 14 pages with their original titles and descriptions — and moved it one-to-one onto its own hosting. Rankings preserved.

Structure for 6 branches

Each branch has its own page with address, map and booking form, and the booking button sits on the first screen. Visitors immediately see the one closest to them instead of a generic list.

Enquiries that never get lost

A form with branch and licence-category selection. The enquiry lands in Telegram instantly and goes into the admin panel with statuses, while bot spam is stopped before it is sent.

An AI assistant that leads to an enquiry

The assistant answers from the site’s own data — prices, categories, branches, instalments, schedule — and guides the visitor to booking. Name, phone, category and a short summary of the conversation land in Telegram at once. In September 2026 the chat brought 8 enquiries; the chat is checked every 10 minutes.

Ads that count enquiries

A search campaign by district and Performance Max, with negative-keyword lists and a bid cap. Enquiries from ads carry a tag and are counted separately: 11 since 7 September.

Blog and glossary for search

21 articles and a 52-term glossary answer what people ask Google before they sign up. On desktop, a little car with a learner plate shows how much of the article you have read.

Speed and mobile

Own hosting, WebP images and cookie consent: the site loads fast and looks just as good on a phone as on a desktop.

A new design

In October 2026 the site got a new look: booking with a choice of practice district right on the first screen, a learner-car mascot, and on a phone the «Call» and «Book» buttons are always within thumb reach.
