Google Business Profile — be found by people nearby

When someone searches "near me", Google shows the map before it shows any website. If your profile is missing, half-filled or unverified, that click goes to a competitor a street away.

From an empty card to a working source of calls

Setup and verification

We create or claim the profile and take it through verification — postcard, video or phone, whichever Google asks for.

Categories and services

The primary category decides which searches you appear in at all. We pick it from what people actually search, not from what sounds nicer.

Photos and cover

Interior, exterior, team, work in progress. Profiles with real photos get noticeably more clicks than those with a logo alone.

Reviews — collection and replies

A QR code and a short link for clients, plus replies to every review, including the unpleasant ones. Reviews affect both position and trust.

Posts and offers

Regular posts keep the profile alive: news, promotions, seasonal services. A dormant profile slides down.

Numbers, not guesswork

How many people saw the profile, how many called, asked for directions or visited the site — a monthly report with the actual figures.

What it costs

The profile itself costs nothing — you pay for it being set up properly and kept alive. Prices +VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Why not just fill it in myself?

You can, and for one location it is genuinely doable. The problems usually start elsewhere: the wrong primary category, no verification, a duplicate profile someone created years ago, or a competitor suggesting edits to your hours. That is what we deal with.

We have several branches — is each one separate?

Yes. Each location is its own profile with its own address, hours and photos. Done wrong, they compete with each other or get merged by Google. We set them up as a group.

Someone left a bad review. Can you delete it?

Only Google can remove a review, and only if it breaks their rules — we can file that request. An honest negative review cannot be deleted, but a calm public reply to it often works better than deletion would.

Do we need a website if we have a profile?

The profile brings calls and directions. The website is where people check whether you are worth calling. They work best together — and the profile ranks better when it links to a live site.
