1. General

By using impeca.net you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website and general rules. Specific work is carried out under a separate contract or a confirmed proposal.

2. Our services

We provide website development, marketing, SEO, advertising, analytics, support and AI automation services.

Prices shown on the site are indicative and do not constitute a public offer. The final amount is fixed in the proposal for your project.

Timelines depend on scope and on how quickly you provide materials and feedback.

3. Payment

Payment terms are set out in the proposal: typically a deposit at the start and the balance on delivery, or a monthly fee for ongoing services.

Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.

Ongoing services can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

4. Rights to the result

Once paid in full, the website, copy, images and domain are yours. We do not hold your product hostage.

We reserve the right to show completed work in our portfolio — if you would rather we did not, just tell us.

Third-party components (fonts, libraries, stock assets) remain under their own licences.

5. Your obligations

You confirm you hold the rights to materials you provide (copy, photos, logos).

You are responsible for the legality of the content and activity on your website.

You provide timely access to the necessary accounts and feedback — without it, deadlines shift.

6. Limitation of liability

We work professionally, but we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, sales volume or profit — these depend on factors outside our control (market, competition, algorithms, your product).

We are not responsible for outages of third-party services (hosting, payment systems, ad platforms, social networks).

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

7. Client area

You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

We may suspend access in cases of abuse or breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

Disputes are resolved by negotiation. Failing agreement, the law of the provider's country of registration stated in the contract applies.
