A full portal for people moving abroad: a knowledge base, calculators and an AI assistant that gives the first answer even before sign-up.
A portal that answers before people get lost
Moving abroad means hundreds of questions and no single place that answers them together: forums, chats, outdated articles, advice that contradicts itself. Everyone walks the same search path again.
We built a portal, not a blog: 47 knowledge-base articles, 43 blog posts, 15 cities, 290 news items and 8 calculators right inside the texts. On top sits an AI assistant that answers from the portal’s verified base — and gives a guest the first answer before sign-up. All in five languages with their own SEO.
In the 30 days to 15.09.2026 the portal had 5,937 visitors and 374 registered accounts. The assistant works on data, not imagination — that is the difference between a demo and a product.
What the client came with
- People moving to another country drown in scattered information: forums, chats, outdated articles, contradictory advice. Everyone repeats the same search from scratch.
- What was needed was not a blog but a portal: a structured knowledge base plus the ability to ask your own question and get an answer immediately, instead of waiting on a forum.
- Plus several languages — the audience is multilingual by definition.
Our solution
AI assistant on its own data
The assistant answers not "generally from the internet" but from the portal's verified knowledge base — so the answers are specific and current. Even a visitor without an account gets the first answer.
Structured knowledge base
47 knowledge-base articles, 43 blog posts and 15 cities — organised by topic and relocation stage: documents, housing, taxes, work. Users find what they need in a few clicks.
Accounts and Google sign-in
One-tap sign-up with Google and saved question history — users come back and continue where they left off.
5 languages
Proper multilingual setup with correct URLs and SEO per language — real language versions, not an auto-translator.
News and calculators
290 news items and 8 tools. Calculators sit right inside the articles: you calculate where you read, without hunting for another page.
A new design
Redesigned in August: new fonts, its own icons and logo, light and dark themes. The portal installs on a phone like an app.
