LuzWick
A brand of decorative candles and home fragrance from Figueira da Foz. From the first call to a live shop on its own domain took seven days. The owner adds products herself, and every order lands in her Telegram instantly.
From Instagram DMs to a real shop in a week
LuzWick candles are made by hand: wax bouquets, candles with a secret message, diffusers for home and car. Customers found the brand on Instagram and Etsy and wrote in DMs — so every order lived in a chat thread, with no catalogue, no prices in one place and no clear delivery cost.
We did not start with pictures. First came a grey wireframe for approval: sections, product page, basket, admin. Then three live design directions. The owner picked one, added her own edits, and on 5 October 2026 the shop was live at luzwick.com.
The real change happened behind the screen: each order arrives in Telegram with products, total and delivery method, the buyer sees the final price before sending, and the owner publishes a new candle herself — no developer needed.
What the client came with
- The brand lived on Instagram and Etsy: orders got lost in chats, prices and delivery were explained by hand every time.
- Customers speak four languages — Portuguese, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
- Most candles are made to order, with a message or a choice of colour and scent.
- No online payment needed: buyers pay by bank transfer, MB Way or cash on pickup.
Our solution
A shop in 4 languages
Sections plus “Seasonal collections” and “Special occasions” showcases, 11 products at launch — all from the owner’s spreadsheet. Each language is a full version, not a machine translation.
Guest checkout
Quantity, gift wrapping, a message or colour and scent wishes, delivery in Portugal or pickup. Product price, delivery and total are visible at once — no surprises.
Orders in Telegram
Every order reaches the owner’s work group instantly, and the buyer gets status emails in their own language.
The owner runs it
Products, sections, stock status (“in stock”, “made to order”, “coming soon”) and production time — all in the admin. A new product takes minutes.
A brand, not “another handmade shop”
Three design directions to choose from; the chosen one presents LuzWick as a brand of decorative candles and home fragrance.
The shop lives in a phone
Order status is a button under the Telegram message, the tracking number is a reply to the bot, and the buyer gets an email for every status in 4 languages; a “Print” button prepares the parcel sheet. Mail to the shop address lands in the same group.
Google Shopping and delivery
The product feed for Google Shopping is built from the database on its own, in 4 languages. CTT or DPD delivery to choose from, each priced in the admin; pickup is free.
Our own Etsy connection
In progress: Etsy orders go to the same Telegram group and products go from the site admin to Etsy in one tap, through the official API, with no middleman services.
Search and analytics from day one
The sitemap and the file for AI assistants update themselves with every product. Google Analytics counts baskets and orders — only after cookie consent.
Stack and decisions
The outcome
No monthly platform fee: the code, domain and data belong to the brand. Next step is search — we open the pages to Google together with the new collection photos.
