Process map as a gift
We bring leads to your business
A CRM and ERP built for your business — a system instead of sheets and chats
Clients in WhatsApp, deals in a spreadsheet, tasks in someone's head? We build a system around how your business actually works: no features you don't need and no fee per user.
Processes → CRM → modules → integrations
Business process map
We lay out how clients, orders and money move through your business. The first map is a gift.
CRM: clients and deals
Client records with history, a deal pipeline, tasks and reminders, website enquiries — in one place.
ERP modules
Stock, invoices, commissions, documents — added when your business is ready for them.
Integrations
Telegram, Google Calendar, email, accounting — the system works with what you already use.
Roles and access
Everyone sees their own part: a manager their deals, the owner the whole picture.
Hosting and support
We keep the system running on the server and add new features when you need them.
The CRM and ERP we built for a real estate agency
Not a mock-up — a working system with live buyers and properties. The screenshots show the real interface; names, budgets and addresses are replaced, because they belong to real clients.
-
Buyers with a “temperature”Hot, warm, cold — and whose move it is: ours or the client’s. The next step is visible on every row.
-
Properties with photos and documentsPrice, area, status, number of photos and collected documents — you see at a glance what is ready to show.
-
Deals, contracts, commissionsThe path from first contact to signing and payment, in one place.
-
Viewings and tasksWho goes where and when, what to do today — no chat threads or spreadsheets.
For your business, the system speaks your team’s language.

Frequently asked questions
Why not an off-the-shelf CRM?
An off-the-shelf CRM makes you bend the business to fit it and often charges per user. Your own system follows your processes, and you pay for development and support — not for every person on the team.
We are a small business — is it too early?
No. We start with the CRM starter and add modules as the business grows into them. The first process map is a gift, so there is no risk.
Can we start with just part of it?
Yes. The usual first step is clients and deals. Stock, invoices or documents come as separate modules.
Why trust you with a system like this?
Because we built our own CRM and ERP for a real estate agency: buyers, properties with photos, contracts, website enquiries, a document checklist. We sell what we have built and used ourselves.
